All Solid Poly Box
Our box features a 1/2" thick High Density Solid Poly Floor and 3/4" thick Solid Poly sides for easy cleaning and minimal freeze up. Also, less friction means less force needed to pull the load off. The hydraulic end gate and front panel are also lined with poly.

Front Belt Drive
The banded belt drive with QD sheaves was developed for drives subject to shock loads, pulsating loads, or extreme vibrations where single belts could flip over on the pulleys. A high strength tie band permanently joins the 3 belts to provide lateral rigidity. Built for the most extreme conditions. With the banded design they are always matched for a good fit. Less maintenance, long life, and quiet operation. The design also eliminates the need for a shear hub or slip clutch.

Heavy-Duty Gearboxes
Beaters are driven by a 90° bevel gearbox with a 1:1 Ratio.  The apron drive features an In-Line Parallel Shaft Gear Reducer with a 43.6:1 ratio. Very high efficiency and torque. No worm gear also means less heat and more durability, along with better seal & lube life. Both feature bevel and cylindrical forged gears made from the best material available today by the same manufacturer with a worldwide reputation.

Heavy-Duty Beaters
The large 28" diameter main beater has a massive Ø2-7/16" drive shaft with 3/8" thick double gusseted beater paddles. The 19" diameter top beater comes standard. It provides more uniform spreading and breaks up large chunks that may otherwise be carried over the main beater.

Wear-Resistant Tips & Paddles
Both beaters equipped with replaceable 3/8" thick AR400 steel tips / paddles. AR400 is an abrasion resistant (AR) quenched and tempered alloy steel that exhibits high abrasion resistance and hardness with a durable, impact-resistant surface.

35 Series CAT 6 80° CV PTO Drive Shaft
The constant velocity universal joint allows smooth machine operation through a wide range of motion. The CV delivers constant power by self-canceling torque and speed fluctuations typically found in single cardan-type universal joints. The HP rating from this drive shaft gives you more than enough power for those tough loads.
